New Podcast
I just listened to the first two episodes of The Secrets of the Lord of the Rings. It's produced by a Catholic priest named Father Roderic who podcasts from the Netherlands. So far he's done a bit of a walk-through of the new Shadows of Angmar game and talked a bit about the various influences that went into some of Tolkien's characters. It seems pretty interesting so far and is available on iTunes. We'll see where it goes from here, but I like it.

Man, the world is a changn' all the time. There was a time when you would have to be a pretty far out science fiction writer to imagine a catholic priest broadcasting via an information network about Lord of the Rings :)
